States are making significant progress toward implementing a comprehensive QRIS that meets all outlined quality benchmarks; nevertheless, their progress is masked by the one figure reported. To provide a extra complete image of QRIS implementation and improvements throughout the nation, OCC is intently monitoring the progress of states that might not meet all high quality benchmarks, but that have demonstrated enhancements by increasing the number of benchmarks reached.
